Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States and internationally. Delivery options depend on order size, destination, and whether packaging ships flat-packed or assembled.
When does shipping start?
Shipping begins after production is complete and your order passes quality inspection. You will receive tracking information once the carrier picks up your shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic ground delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on destination. Expedited and freight options are available for larger orders or tight launch windows.
Is shipping included in my quote?
Shipping is quoted separately based on carton count, weight, dimensions, and destination. Your project quote will include a shipping estimate or we can arrange delivery through your preferred carrier account.
Can you ship to my 3PL or co-packer?
Yes. We regularly ship directly to fulfillment centers, co-packers, and third-party logistics partners. Provide the receiving address and any ASN or delivery appointment requirements when you place your order.
Do you offer rush production and shipping?
Yes. Rush production is available on many formats when capacity allows. Contact us with your deadline and we will confirm feasibility and any rush fees before production begins.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect shipments on receipt and note any visible damage with the carrier. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number — we will work with you on replacement or credit for transit damage.
