1. Agreement

By accessing packagingdock.com or placing an order with Packaging Dock, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Packaging Dock provides custom packaging design support, manufacturing coordination, and related services. Quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing. Production begins after proof approval and any required deposit is received.

3. Orders & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and capacity. Pricing is based on specifications at the time of quote. Changes to artwork, dimensions, materials, or quantities after approval may affect price and lead time.

Payment terms are stated on your invoice. We reserve the right to pause production on overdue accounts.

4. Artwork & approvals

You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, copy, regulatory claims, and barcodes submitted for production. Approved proofs constitute authorization to manufacture. Packaging Dock is not liable for errors present in client-approved files.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand assets and grant Packaging Dock a limited license to use submitted materials solely to fulfill your order. Packaging Dock retains rights to its own templates, tooling, and proprietary processes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Lead times & shipping

Stated lead times begin after final proof approval and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or client-caused approval delays are outside our control. See our Shipping support page for delivery details.

7. Returns & quality

Custom goods are non-returnable except for confirmed manufacturing defects as described in our Returns policy. Claims must be reported within the timeframe stated in that policy with supporting documentation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packaging Dock's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or product spoilage.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
